Stephen Lake

Chief Executive Officer

Stephen has extensive experience in senior executive and CEO roles in banking, Debt Capital Markets, Treasury Management and most recently in financial services technology. His previous positions include Head of Debt Capital Markets at Barclays Capital for Australia and Asia and CEO of financial services technology company GBST. Stephen has a passion for finding solutions to poverty and basic infrastructure in developing countries

Shaun Blake

Chief Operations Officer

Shaun is a proven leader with over 20 years’ experience across Financial Services and Consulting, specifically in Capital Markets. Delivering large scale change and management oversight at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch, Shaun then facilitated the global integration of Barclays and Lehman Equities Businesses and expansion across global territories. Since 2013 Shaun has been an active entrepreneur, engaged in launching several global startups.

Bob Mainprize

Chief Risk Officer

Bob is the Managing Director and Head of Risk at Temasek, a Singapore based investment company, a position he has held since January 2017. Prior to this he was the Asia Pacific CRO of Barclays Bank PLC, managing risk in the commercial and investment banking arms of the Barclays Group in Asia. He was also a member of the bank’s global credit committee. Bob worked for Barclays in the UK, the West Indies, Japan and Singapore.

Moa Svensson


Moa has a master’s degree in Accounting and Financial management from Stockholm School of Economics and University of St Gallen. She has extensive experience in the credit space, having worked with private debt investments across Asia at Adamas Asset Management in Hong Kong and previously having spent seven years in London at Commerzbank working primarily with credit investments. Moa is a CFA chart holder.
